4th Quarter 2015 Home Prices
Under tightening housing conditions the Utah real estate market returned an impressive 9.80% increase in homes sales price to stand at $274,400. There were fewer homes coming on the market which resulted in keen competition among buyers. The number of home sales declined in the quarter, dropping 3.08% to 1383 sales. Homes were also selling faster, with the median days on market falling over 40% to stand at 28 days.
