1st Quarter 2015 Home Prices
The Utah County housing market performed well in the 1st quarter 2015. After appearing to slow towards the end of last year, the 1st quarter saw somewhat of a rebound for home sales. There were a total of 1199 single family homes sold in the 1st quarter, that’s an increase of 13.76%. Home prices followed suit, increasing 8.19% to $251,000.
All the zip codes in northern Utah County saw price appreciation, with Lindon 84042 returning an impressive 48.42% (albeit on the back of few sales).
