2013 Annual Home Prices
The Utah County housing market experienced an excellent year in 2013, with median home prices climbing 13.37%, on the back of strong home sales which increased 9.09% to 5161 homes sold. Homes sold pretty fast, taking a median of just 28 days to go under contract.
All the zip code areas in northern Utah County saw their median sales price increase, with Alpine 84004 climbing 28%, and Salem 84653 climbing 21%.
Just like in Davis County and Salt Lake County the housing market did show signs of slowing in the 4th quarter.
