Spanish Fork 84660 was the only zip code in northern Utah County that saw their median home price increase in 2010. They saw a modest increase of just 0.82% , while all the other areas experienced declines (except for Mapleton 84664 whose price remained unchanged). When we look at the areas that went down Lindon suffered the worst going down 17.80%, which was the only double digit decline.
