2nd Quarter 2015 Home Prices
Just like much of Utah, the Utah County housing market put in a good performance in the 2nd quarter 2015. The median sales price for a single family home went up 10.42% to $265,000. This was on the back of strong home sales which increased over 25%, with 1845 homes sold in the quarter. What’s more homes were selling fast, taking just 21 days for a home to go under contract (that’s a 44% improvement).
