2012 Annual Home Prices
There were signs of a Utah County housing market recovery in 2012, with the median home price returning a 3.63% gain. Just like Salt Lake County and Davis County the home listing inventory really started to tighten towards the backend of the year, making it difficult for buyers to find their ideal home.
