2008 was not a good year if you wanted to sell a home in Utah County. Home prices declined across all zip codes, with Alpine and Lindon (the two areas that went down the most) suffering double-digit declines of 14.59% and 12.96% respectively. Santaquin fared the best experiencing just a 1.7% decline.
