The Utah County housing market performed well in the 4th quarter 2014, with an increase of 18.20% in home sales and an increase of 5.65% in median sales price to $249,500. The only negative was the 43 days median day on market figure, a 22.86% increase (days it took a home to go under contract).
Most of the northern Utah County areas experienced an increase in median sales price, with American Fork 84003 returning the biggest increase of 18.43% to $285,000. Three areas deceased in sales price, with Alpine 84004 declining the most with an 8.41% drop.
