Home prices in Utah County saw gains of 8.01% in the first quarter 2014, with the number of sales increasing 1.47% to 1,038 single family homes sold. The only negative stat in the quarter was Days on Market, which increased 45% to 58 days.
Looking the the sales data for the northern part of the county we can see that Payson and Santaquin experienced the best performance with gains of 22.27% and 23.34% respectively. The worst performing areas were Lindon and American Fork which declined 8.33% and 3%.
