Utah County produced some of the best housing market results in the 1st quarter 2016. While other counties saw their sales decrease, Utah County home sales increased 4.10% to 1271. On the back of these increases the median single family home sales price climbed 7.10% ($269,900) and the median time of market fell nearly 50% to stand at 27 days.
