Utah County housing market experienced another good quarter with the median home price rising to $238,000, a very respectful 13.33% gain. Sales climbed 9.26% to 1463 home sales, and home took just 25 days to sell, 37.50% faster. When we look at sales data for individual zip codes most northern areas saw double digit increases, but non coming close to Alpine 84004, whose median home price increased over 52%.
