Another strong quarter for the Davis County housing market saw the median home price climb 7.67% to $226,000. This was on the back of 1036 single family home sales, a really strong 14.35% increase when compared to the third quarter 2012. Homes were also selling a lot faster, taking a median of 28 days to sell, that's 39.13% faster than the same time last year.
Looking at the south part of the county, the fastest appreciating areas were Woods Cross 84087 up 13.02% and Bountiful 84010 up 84010. Only one zip code saw their median price decrease with North Salt Lake 84054 declining 0.88%.
