All the zip codes in the southern part of Davis County saw their median home prices decline in 2011. The worst hit areas were Woods Cross 84087 which went down 11.48% and Centerville 84014 which went down 10.98%.
For the entire Davis County area the median sales price for a single family home declined 7.29% to $194,700. While the number of home sales did increase in 2011, the rate of increase was behind that seen in Salt Lake County, with a 4.04% increase (Salt Lake County home sales increased 9.55%). Another discouraging sign was that the number of days it took to sell a home also increased, going from 73 to 93 days.
