2nd Quarter 2013 Home Prices

While the Davis County housing market may not been performed quite as good as Salt Lake County it still saw a healthy rise of 7.55% to $215,000 for a single family home. There were a total of 1,154 homes sold in the 2nd quarter, a 29.66% rise comparred to the same time last year.

When we look at the data for southern Davis County, we see that just two zip codes saw their median sales price decline, with the Layton 84040 area performing the worst, falling 12.69%. The area returning the largest increase in sales price was Clearfield 84015, which returned a 16.55% gain.
