2013 Annual Home Prices
2013 was a good year for the Davis County housing market. All of the zip codes in the southern part of the county saw their median sales price increase, with Centerville up 12% and Woods Cross up over 9%. The median sales price for a Davis County single family home stood at $219,000 in 2013, an increase of 9.50%. This was on the back of strong home sales which increased over 15% to 3,842 homes.
On the down side we did see a softening of the market towards the backend of the year, it remains to see if this will continue into the new year.
