2nd Quarter 2014 Home Prices
Davis County homes prices continued their steady increase in the 2nd quarter 2014. The median price for a single family home increased 5.81% to $227,500. While home prices continued to rise there was a drop in the number homes sold (down 7.78%) and an increase in the amount of time it took to sell a home (up 70% to 34 days). All these numbers while still strong do point to a slight slowdown in the market.
