While 9 different zip codes experienced median price increases, these were mainly restricted to the more expensive and sort after areas in Salt Lake County. For example, the Avenues saw a strong quarter with the median home price increasing 22.29% to $344,250. Some of the worst hit zip codes were in the cheaper areas. For example, West Valley City saw all three of its zip codes experience double digit declines.
