4th Quarter 2016 Home Prices
Single family Davis County home prices rose sharply in the 4th quarter 2016, with the median sales price appreciating 9.31% to stand at $270,000. The number of homes sold also increased strongly, gaining 12.84% when compared with the same time last year. While homes sold faster in the quarter they still lagged behind Salt Lake County, taking a median of 22 days to go under contract, that was 15.38% faster than seen in 2015.
