Home prices showed continued positive appreciation in the 3rd quarter, with the median sales price for a Davis County Single Family Home increasing 7.24% to stand at $268,000. While the homes sold were down in Salt Lake County, Davis County actually saw a slight rise, selling 1,331 homes, a modest 2.31% increase. Those homes that sold, went fast, taking a median of just 13 days to go under contract.
