It was another strong quarter for the Davis County real estate market, with the median home price climbing 8.65% to $249,900. There were a total of 1288 single family homes sold in the quarter, a sharp increase of 9.52%. Homes were also selling nearly twice as fast as they were last year, taking just a median of 20 days to go under contract.
