The 1st quarter 2015 saw a strengthening real estate market in Davis County. Strong home sales of 6,583 pushed up the median sales price 4.74%. The new median sales price for a single family home stood at $232,000. Homes were also selling faster, taking a median of 50 days (nearly 20% faster) to go under contract.
The two southern Davis County areas that experienced the biggest sales price increase were Farmington 84025 up 22.49%, and North Sale Lake 84054 up 22.03%. The worst performing area was Bountiful 84010 which declined 10.17%.
