Although the rate of price appreciation slowed somewhat in the 3rd quarter, it was still a solid quarter with the median home price increasing 17.03% to $255,000, the number of sales increasing 5% to 3234 and the median days on market falling to just 19 days.
The best performing zip codes were Salt Lake City 84102 which experienced a very healthy 37.92% rise, and Holladay 84117 which increased 30.36%.
