Davis County home prices continued to come under pressure in the third quarter 2009. Just two of the 10 zip codes returned an increase in median home price, with North Salt Lake coming in tops with a 6.15% gain. The zip code with the largest loss was 84037 Kaysville, which went down a staggering 21.31% year on year.
Overall the median home price for Davis County fell 5% to $209,000. On the bright side the number of homes sold increased 9.08% to 889 homes.
