Home prices saw a 4.08% rise in the 4th quarter, with 2804 single family homes sold (a 7.56% increase). The only negative indicator was days on market, which increased 11.43% to 39 days (still a good number).
The best performing area was Midvale 84047 which experienced an impressive 22.75% increase in its median sales price. The worst performing area was Holladay 84124 which saw its median sales price decline 20.37%.
